Meet the Coral Springs Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Coral Springs
The crew that shows up at your door in Coral Springs isn’t a rotating cast from a call center. We’re a small, local team of four, and most of us have been turning wrenches on garage doors in Broward County for the better part of a decade. What unites us is simple: we name the part, we state the price, and we photograph what we found before you spend a dollar. Marcus Deller built this shop in 2015 on one rule he repeats to every new hire: “The customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement.” That rule is Clause 4 of The Haven Standard, and it’s not a suggestion. It’s how we work.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner & Lead Technician
Marcus started Servo Garage Doors in 2015 after spending years watching other companies bill customers for parts that never actually failed. He still runs calls most days, and he’s the one who answers the phone when you call after hours. Marcus is the reason every job in Coral Springs ends with a documented photo record, and why every quote is flat and written before work begins. He’s certified across all eight major brands we service: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. Ask him about the torsion spring he pulled off a door in Coral Springs that snapped clean at the coil after 22 years of daily use. He’ll tell you the wire diameter, the winding direction, and what it cost to fix. Then he’ll hand you the photo of the old spring before he quotes the new one. Clause 4, always.
Elena R., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice on the phone, and she’s been with Servo since 2018. She’s the reason you get a named technician and an on-the-way text instead of a four-hour callback window. Before joining the team, Elena ran dispatch for a plumbing company in Fort Lauderdale, so she knows the difference between a bad answer and a real one. She doesn’t “call you back with a quote.” She tells you the flat price range on the phone, because Clause 1 of The Haven Standard says written upfront pricing is the entire point. If you call at 2 a.m. with a door stuck open and a car inside the garage, Elena answers. She’ll tell you who’s coming, when they’ll arrive, and what they’ll do first. That’s it. No script, no hold music.
Danny T., Senior Installer
Danny handles new door installations and full system replacements across Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, and Tamarac. He’s been doing this for 14 years, the last six with Servo. Danny is the guy who measures the opening three times before he orders a single panel, because a half-inch error on a 16-foot door is the difference between a sealed edge and a daylight gap. He specializes in Clopay and Amarr installs, and he still insists on showing every customer how to test the auto-reverse sensor after the job is done. When he’s not installing, he’s the one who catches the problem another company missed: a trolley carriage with a worn gear, a limit switch set just far enough off to cause a reversal mid-cycle. He documents all of it. The customer gets the photos before they get the bill. That’s the standard.
Ray M., Apprentice Technician
Ray joined the team in 2023 after two years at a big-box retailer’s installation crew, and he’ll tell you the difference is night and day. Here, he said, a repair quote is flat and written before the first tool comes off the truck. There, it was a range and a hope. Ray is in his second year of training under Marcus, and he’s already passed his LiftMaster and Genie opener certifications. He’s the one who handles the parts inventory, which means he knows every spring size, cable length, and roller bearing we keep on the truck. His job is to make sure we never leave a Coral Springs driveway to go “grab a part from the shop.” If Ray is on your job, he’s the second set of hands and the first set of eyes on the documentation. He’s also the one who vacuums the debris off your garage floor before we go. Every time.
One Standard, Every Job

Servo Garage Doors Coral Springs is independently owned and operated under The Haven Standard. That means our license and insurance are held right here in Broward County, and our documentation system is the same one used by every other Servo location. When a technician walks into your garage, they follow the same clauses no matter which door they’re looking at. Clause 1: a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts. Clause 4: the failed part is photographed and shown to you before a replacement is quoted. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is in writing, not a handshake. The tech who arrives is background-checked, uniformed, and named before they pull up. And when they leave, you get a photo record of what was found and what was done. Not because it’s nice to have. Because that’s the standard. Marcus built this shop on it in 2015, and the four of us still work by it every day in Coral Springs.
